Our Work & Programs
We design programs that empower African women to build skills, lead confidently, and shape the future. Through mentorship, podcasting, and other initiatives, we create spaces that equip African women to grow, lead, and have their voices heard
What We Do
Capacity Building
We organize Skill Up Trainings to strengthen digital, leadership, and community-building skills.
Mentorship
We connect women to support systems that help them grow into confident leaders and contributors. This includes the AWW Leadership and Mentorship Program, On-Wiki Mentorship Program, and Nominate Her Campaigns.
Campaigns
We run impactful initiatives such as EditHerAfrica, designed to amplify women’s voices and increase representation.
Newbie Orientation Program
A welcoming space for newcomers to learn, get started, and build confidence as they begin their journey in open knowledge and community spaces.
