Africa Wiki Women is a vibrant community of African women, allies, and changemakers committed to closing the gender gap in knowledge creation and amplifying African women’s voices across digital and open knowledge spaces. Our community includes contributors, educators, mentors, content creators, designers, storytellers, and leaders from diverse backgrounds who share a common goal: to create a more inclusive and representative knowledge ecosystem.
We support women to learn, lead, and contribute through mentorship, capacity building, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives that celebrate African women, cultures, and communities. Through collaboration and partnerships, we create spaces where women can grow their skills, build confidence, and make meaningful impact.
